This week, the focus is on giving some final words before election day. Tuesday, November 8 will be a big day for America no matter what happens – and Ed wants to make sure listeners know the gravity of their responsibility. “I think about some of the things that Hillary says, that she only wants to help the middle class…Trump has actually created jobs for the middle class.”
Following that, there’s some moving discussion on the changes that have taken place in our country since events like September 11, 2001 and the 2008 election – some good, some bad. “We just talk about the stuff that isn’t important in the scheme of our country now,” Ed says. “LGBT causes are individual rights and that’s important, but you know what? Don’t impose your concerns on other people. Live your life, make your money, be a good citizen.” Then it’s on to discussing this week’s election news.[spacer height=”20px”]
By now, you’re probably aware that the FBI reopened the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server. This was announced last Friday after FBI Director James Comey sent a letter to Congress that said in connection with an unrelated case, the FBI has learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation into Hillary’s private server. What “unrelated case”? None other than former Congressman Anthony Weiner’s sexting debacle (there is an open FBI investigation because one of Weiner’s sexting “partners” was a 15-year-old girl in North Carolina). Remember, Weiner is married to Huma Abedin, Hillary’s top aide. The FBI didn’t just find a few State Department emails on Weiner’s computer; they found 650,000. On this week’s show, you’ll hear Hillary complain about the “timing” of the FBI’s announcement, which she has been whining about all week at her rallies. You’ll also hear who doesn’t agree with her, and you might be surprised who it is (here’s a hint: His initials are BHO).[spacer height=”20px”]
In the second half, Ed points out that this isn’t “just another day” in Hillary’s ongoing email scandal, and it isn’t a “nothing to see here” development like the Democrats would have you believe. “This is actually a matter of national security,” he says. “The fact that Hillary’s State Department emails were found on Anthony Weiner’s device while he sexted with private citizens shows that her top aide Huma Abedin was just as careless with classified material as she was.” But thanks to their sloppiness, people have one more reason to vote for Trump – in fact, he thanked them from the stage this week and you’ll hear audio of it on The Main Event. Likewise, Ed and his guest Scott thank Weiner and hope he “gets alimony” from his wealthy wife. “She gets paid from everyone,” Ed says. “The Clinton Foundation, Teneo Holdings, everything Hillary does, so she can afford it.”[spacer height=”20px”]
There’s more on this, though – you’ll also hear about even more Clinton corruption that’s come to light thanks to WikiLeaks. Just days before the election, WikiLeaks dropped emails between Clinton campaign chair John Podesta was tipped off last year by the Justice Department about Congress’s interest in Hillary’s emails. “This is a powerful couple, Bill and Hillary Clinton,” Ed says. “The Clintons are connected to so many people, you can’t even have an FBI investigation without having stuff leak out to them.” It’s just one more reason he’s urging everyone to vote against her on Tuesday.[spacer height=”20px”]
